Refund Policy

Every Blocwrite subscription starts with a 30-day free trial. You can cancel during this period and you will not be charged.

1. Free trial window

The free trial unlocks the full writing studio, including planning, drafting, codex tools, proofread, and export workflows. If you cancel before the trial ends, no payment is taken.

2. Subscription charges

After trial, Blocwrite is billed as a monthly membership at £9.99 via Stripe. Subscription payments are non-refundable once charged, except where required by law.

3. Renewals and cancellations

Plans renew automatically until cancelled. To avoid the next charge, cancel before your renewal date in billing settings. Cancelling stops future billing and keeps access until your current period ends.

4. UK consumer rights

Where applicable, statutory rights under UK consumer law remain in place. If you need help understanding how these rights apply to your account, contact us and we will review your case.

5. Exceptional service interruptions

In rare cases of prolonged outage directly caused by Blocwrite infrastructure, we may offer a credit or partial refund at our discretion. Third-party AI provider downtime is not billed by Blocwrite and is handled by that provider.
