Start with the parts of your process that happen after a writing session. In Review, collect revision notes and reader comments with the passages they concern. In Publish, work on an interior and prepare EPUB, print PDF or Word files.
For the planning itself, try a turning point in Plan, link it to an existing chapter and add one established fact under Story. The useful test is whether you can find that detail again when you return to the draft.

Compare the work you need to complete rather than counting features. A familiar editor that gets you writing can be a better fit than moving a manuscript before you have tested the whole process.
Keep your original manuscript. Use the same short chapter in each app, add a planning note, return to it on another day and open an exported copy. Then test how you would collect feedback and prepare the next revision.
